GENERAL TERMS AND CANCELLATION TERMS
THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES:
– attending the conference programme
– meals according to programme
– conference materials
TICKET PRICES:
early bird: 175.00 EUR + VAT from 1 April to 15 June
standard: 200.00 EUR + VAT from 15 June to 31 August
late bird: 235.00 EUR + VAT from 31 August to 10 October
CANCELLATION TERMS:
– In the event of a cancellation by 15 October 2024, an administrative fee is charged in the amount of 35.00 EUR + VAT
– In the event of a cancellation after 15 October 2024 or a “no-show’”, the full amount is charged
– In the event of a transfer of the participation fee to a different name, an administrative fee is charged in the amount of 35.00 EUR + VAT
